We care for a wide variety of pets—dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, small animals, and even fish. If it has paws, claws, feathers, or scales, we’re here for them!
Do you offer overnight pet sitting?
Yes! We offer overnight stays to keep your pet comfortable in their own home and ensure they feel safe and secure while you're away.
How many visits can you do during the day?
We offer flexible visit schedules based on your pet’s needs. We can provide up to four visits per day for pet care, whether it's for walks, feeding, playtime, or bathroom breaks. Additional visits can be arranged upon request. Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll create a custom plan to ensure your pets get the attention they deserve!
📆 Booking & Scheduling
How do I book a service?
You can book directly through our client app, Time to Pet, or contact us by phone/email for personalized scheduling.
How far in advance should I book?
For holidays or summer travel, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
Can I schedule recurring visits?
Absolutely! We offer recurring visit options for regular clients needing daily or weekly care.
🐶 Pet Care & Experience
Do you have experience with pets with special needs?
Yes. We’re comfortable administering medications (oral, topical, injections), caring for senior pets, and supporting pets with anxiety or mobility issues.
Will you send updates during visits?
Definitely. We send detailed visit reports, photos, and messages through the Time to Pet app so you always know how your critters are doing.
Can you feed raw or specialty diets?
Yes, we can follow specific feeding instructions, including raw, home-cooked, or prescription diets.
💬 Meet & Greets
Can I meet my sitter before booking?
Yes! We offer free meet & greets for new clients so we can get to know you and your pets, review routines, and answer any questions.
What happens during a meet & greet?
We’ll go over your pet’s routine, feeding and care instructions, emergency contacts, and answer any questions you have about our services.
🏡 Home & Security
Will my keys and information be kept safe?
Yes. We use Time to Pet’s secure key and information storage system. Your home and pets’ safety are our top priorities.
Is there a fee to drop off my key? Yes, there is a $5 key drop-off charge if you'd like us to return your key in person after services are completed.
Can you bring in mail or water plants while I’m away?
Absolutely. Light home care is included in our visits at no extra charge—just let us know what you need.
🚨 Cancellations & Emergencies
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. We ask for 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a fee.
What happens if there’s an emergency?
In case of a pet emergency, we will contact you immediately and your emergency contact. We will also take your pet to the nearest vet or your preferred clinic.
💳 Payment Information
To ensure your pet’s care is confirmed, we require a 50% deposit of the total invoice to be paid 48 hours before the first visit.
We accept the following payment methods:
All Credit Cards via Time to Pet (with an additional 3% processing fee)
Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle (preferred payment methods for convenience)
Please note that the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, and we’ll send you an invoice via your preferred payment method.

What is Time to Pet?
Time to Pet is our scheduling and communication app. It allows you to request visits, send messages, receive updates, and manage pet info in one place.
Do I need to use the app to book services?
It’s highly recommended for ease and communication, but if you prefer, we’re happy to schedule directly through email or phone.
